Customer Experience Specialist

Job description
  • Full-time and part-time positions, Monday through Friday
  • $16/hour

As a phone order specialist, you are the first interaction customers have with our company—a great first impression is essential! You reflect who we are in the way you answer the phone, interact with customers, and fulfill orders, including special requests.

  • Stellar communication skills. You are the front line for communicating with and solving problems for our customers. This position requires outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical Experience. You must be comfortable on a computer. You don’t need a computer science degree, but being comfortable and willing to learn new things, like navigating our (super easy) backend system, is important.
